Today I was introduced to this extremely well worthwhile initiative.

Initially established as a way to lift morale among the extremely hard working team at the ‘not for profit’ Organisation, Camp Quality, The Oranges Toolkit was so successful that it has now been packaged into a format that is available to all Organisations and Businesses, big and small.

The Oranges Toolkit has already been embraced by luminary Companies such as Estee Lauder, APN, Westpac, Motorola, the NRL and the NSW Department of Fair Trading, who not only saw an immediate and very positive response among their associates, but were also thrilled to know that all profits are returned direct to Camp Quality.

Throughout this August I will be connecting the Chairman of The Oranges Toolkit, Mr David Arkles, with Businesses and Organisations across Australia, to which I would be delighted to include those as nominated by you.

David has a track record as not only an erudite businessman, but also as an integral member of the Camp Quality team since 2015.

The mission for the team at The Oranges Toolkit is to provide a positive psychology program, to help with the mental wellbeing and morale of all the staff in the Businesses and Organisations with who they are aligned.
