Exercise Your Moodwalk - Saturday 4th May 2019 - Walk 5km or 10km for mental health and bring your friends!

Starting at 8am, the walk takes you on a journey through the sights and sounds of Centennial Parklands.

Deck yourself and your friends in your brightest gear and challenge yourself!

Why walk?

· One in five Australians are affected by mental illness each year.
· Mental illness can be overwhelming, crippling and isolating.
· 65% of people with a mental illness do not seek help.

· Walking together will provide the opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and the event will raise much needed funds for Black Dog Institute.
